Pelvic Health Physiotherapy:

  • Please note: We are now accepting perinatal clients only - ie. actively trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or postpartum within 2 years of giving birth.

  • All New & Returning Clients (clients who have not been seen in 6 months): Please book an Initial Assessment along with two 45-minute follow-up appointments. Schedule the first follow-up for 1 week after your assessment and the second follow-up 2 weeks after that. (Booking in advance is recommended due to high demand, as waiting could mean up to a month between appointments.)

  • New Prenatal Clients: For those preparing for birth without specific pelvic health concerns, please start by booking a Pregnancy Initial Assessment, followed by a Birth Prep session 1–2 weeks after your assessment. Plan for two additional Birth Prep sessions around 35–37 weeks of pregnancy; your partner or birth support person should attend one of these sessions with you.

  • Dolphin Neurostim MPS Therapy for Cesarean Scar Relief: If you’re seeking therapy specifically for a cesarean scar, please start with an Initial Assessment for the Dolphin Neurostim, followed by 3 Dolphin Neurostim treatment sessions scheduled 2 weeks apart.

You are welcome to add yourself to the waitlist to be contacted by e-mail if earlier appointments become available.

My time spent achieving two diplomas in the Registered Massage Therapy field has allowed me to turn my enthusiasm for helping others into something tangible. By learning the techniques and skills behind rehabilitation programs, I have been able to apply my passion, and now well-developed skills, to aid patients in achieving their goals. The pairing of my Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist Assistant diploma and my Advanced Massage Therapy diploma allows me to create new, innovative programs that are derived from a deeper understanding of the muscles and functions of the body.
