Having provided counselling/therapy since 2012, my priority is to provide a space that is welcoming and safe so that you feel able to explore your concerns and challenges. I have training and experience in CBT, trauma, attachment, anxiety and other mood concerns, relationship issues, family issues, and work-related stress.
I am passionate about helping people to understand how anxiety/mood issues operate, the grip they form on you, and how to begin to heal.
I am also dedicated to helping those who suspect they are struggling with a narcissist in their life by helping clients to understand how this pattern of behaviour is impacting them and how to start protecting themselves.
Postpartum mental health is another area of dedication in my practice by allowing parents to process how hard this phase of life is and how anxiety and mood issues can manifest during the postpartum period.
I also provide clinical supervision to existing therapists. I have completed additional training in practicing as a clinical supervisor and also use my experience to support therapists in managing difficult clients and ethical concerns as well as developing their confidence.

I’m Hannah Crow, a Registered Massage Therapist who’s all about helping people feel their best—whether that’s easing muscle tension, relieving pain, or simply giving you a chance to unwind and relax.
I graduated from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College, where I had the chance to learn from some incredible RMTs who pushed me to grow both personally and professionally. Now, I’m excited to finally start this journey and put my skills to work, helping others feel better and live their best lives.
Massage therapy was a natural fit for me because I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness. Growing up, I was always active—playing travel soccer and staying on the move. This led to a natural curiosity about how the body works, heals, and adapts. That curiosity eventually brought me to massage therapy, where I can blend my love for fitness with hands-on care to make a real difference in people’s lives.
One of the most rewarding parts of being an RMT is watching my clients progress. Whether it’s helping with recovery, relieving tension, or just providing a peaceful moment of relaxation, I love knowing that my work is part of their healing journey.
I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve, so I plan to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in the coming year. Long-term, my goal is to build strong relationships with my clients and be there for them through all stages of their healing process.
