PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPY:

Please note: We are now accepting perinatal clients only - ie. actively trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or postpartum within 2 years of giving birth.

All New & Returning Clients (clients who have not been seen in 6 months): Please book an Initial Assessment and 4 x 45 min treatment appointments. First treatment 1 week after your assessment then 3 each spaced 2 weeks apart. Booking follow up appointments ahead is highly recommended. Due to high requests for appointments, there can be 4-6 week wait for a follow up if not booked in advance. Sessions can also be cancelled if they are not required.

New Prenatal Clients: For those preparing for birth without specific pelvic health concerns, please start by booking a Pregnancy Initial Assessment, followed by 2 Birth Prep sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Additionally, book 2 more Birth Prep sessions around 35–37 weeks of pregnancy; your partner or birth support person should attend one of these sessions with you.

Dolphin Neurostim MPS Therapy for Cesarean Scar Relief: If you’re seeking therapy specifically for a cesarean scar, please start with an Initial Assessment for the Dolphin Neurostim, followed by 4 Dolphin Neurostim treatment sessions scheduled 1-2 weeks apart.

Postpartum Group Rehab: If you are interested in joining a Level 1 or 2 Postpartum Group Rehab class, please e-mail Natalie directly at ngraham.pt@gmail.com for more info regarding session dates.
You are welcome to add yourself to the waitlist to be contacted by e-mail if earlier appointments become available.

Chiropractic
Dr. Tront specializes in identifying dysfunction, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of:
- A range of disorders arising from the structure or function of the joints in the body and/or;
- Structure and function of the spine, which includes muscles and nerves and the impact they may
have on the nervous system.
These conditions include but are not limited to: sports injuries, sprains/strains, low back, mid back, and
neck pain, posture, disc injuries, sciatic pain, foot pain, work injuries, injuries resulting from motor
vehicle accidents, jaw pain, and headaches.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Holistic pelvic health physiotherapy care for women that are trying to conceive, pregnant, or within the first 2 years postpartum. Appointments are offered in-person or virtually, depending on individual needs and preferences.
Mobility+ Group Classes
Mobility+ classes are focused on preventing injury, taking care of small aches and pains, and educating you through the process of taking care of your body with Mobility training. We will utilize a variety of self mobility techniques and tools, such as foam rollers and lacrosse balls.
Compression Sock Consultation and Fitting

Our one-on-one fitting procedure begins with understanding your specific condition, lifestyle, and needs. We then take precise measurements of your legs to ensure the stocking fits snugly, and provides the right amount of pressure at the right places.
Compression garments are ideal for those who:
- sit or stand for long periods of time
- are pregnant
- suffer from tired, aching, or swollen legs
- are overweight
- have circulation ailments
- have had surgery
- are a performance athlete
They are the perfect prescription for tired, achy legs.
A doctors script is needed for coverage of medical compression socks.
